NORC Gazette 2002
Gazettes are email bulletins containing timely information about ombudsman program happenings, State and Federal Legislation, and "DC Doins." They are compiled by Robyn Grant, ORC Consultant, and distributed to state ombudsmen regularly via email.
Gazettes are placed on the website as soon as they are available and are organized by date. The files are in html or pdf format and are printable.
