Professional promotional materials enhance program visibility among different audiences. Brochures and posters for ombudsman programs and attracting volunteer ombudsmen. Residents' rights information is available in Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
In 2005, the Wisconsin Ombudsman Program developed a new, coordinated set of informational materials for consumers. The brochure entitled When You Call the 800 Number (posted as a pdf file) provides a sample of these materials.
