Ethical Issues in Ombudsman Work

"Ethical issues concerning residents can be equated to the endless peeling of the proverbial onion- one skin after another - possibly confronting a multi-headed serpent." These tools are designed to assist ombudsmen in considering the myriad considerations involved in ethical decisions including the values of the resident, the limitations of the program, and the ombudsman's own personal viewpoints.
