Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference

"Keeping the Focus: The Ombudsman Challenge in an Ever Changing System," was the topic of an Ombudsman Regional Conference held June 5-7, 2002 in Winchester, Virginia. Ombudsmen and volunteer ombudsmen from 6 states in the Mid-Atlantic Region (DC, DE, MD, VA, WV and PA) joined together to network, share best practices, and listen to national experts speak on issues related to long term care and ombudsman practice.
