Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program Effectiveness Tools and Resources

A Self-evaluation and Continuous Quality Improvement Tool for Local Long-Term Care Ombudsman Programs, developed by Robyn Grant, MSW (November 2005). This document provides a tool for Local Ombudsmen to assess their own programs.  It is designed to give each Ombudsman knowledge about what his or her program is doing well and where it needs to be improved.  The results are intended to guide Local Ombudsmen in managing and strengthening their programs.
