Annual Spring Training

Good Care: It's Not Magic, was the theme of the 19th Annual LTC State Ombudsman National Training Conference held April 22-25, 2006 in Salem, MA. State Ombudsmen from a record 43 states joined together to network, share best practices, and dialogue with national experts on issues related to long-term care and ombudsman practice.

The conference agenda and a mini photo album from the proceedings are now posted on the website.
