NORC recently added Dr. Susan Wehry's Mental Health Ombudsman Training, which was developed for the New York Long-Term Care Ombudsman Program in 2004, to its website. The five-module training can be found on with other training programs and inservices on the Training webpage, located under Ombudsman Support.
