NORC is proud to host a conference call entitled "The Role of the Ombudsman in Advancing Excellence," featuring Carol Benner, National Director of the Advancing Excellence Campaign. This call will take place on Tuesday, March 16, 2010, from 3:30 to 5:00 p.m. EDT. During the conference call, Carol will talk about the next phase of Advancing Excellence and how ombudsmen can get involved, and imbudsmen will talk about ways they have participated in Advancing Excellence and the benefits for both residents and ombudsmen.
