In late December, CMS posted the following draft QAPI at a Glance document to its website. The QAPI at a Glance is a guide that provides tools and resources for implementing QAPI. According to CMS, the introductory materials are to be made available on the CMS website by February 2013.

2011 NORS Data Available on AGID

Find data and reports on long-term care ombudsman programs. All programs efforts are summarized in the National Ombudsman Reporting System (NORS); data has been collected since 1996 and gives a good picture of the extent of ombudsman activities nationally and in every state.
